The Limassol Plant

The company's production department covers an area of 55.000 m² and currently employs 320 qualified administrative and technical staff. It is located only 4 km from the Limassol port, the busiest harbor of the Eastern Mediterranean with daily connections to all major European ports.

Extrusion

Fully automated lines are in operation, with two compact presses of 2200 and 2800 tons and an annual capacity of 22,000 tons of aluminium extrusions. Muskita uses only the best quality primary raw materials, mainly in 6060, 6063, 6005 and 6082 alloys.

Anodisation

The state of the art robotic anodising plant of 48,000 amperes offers any shade of silver, gold, bronze, anox grey, green and blue colours in semi mat and mat finishes and has an annual Capacity of 10,000 tons. Both cold and hot sealing are available.

Electrostatic Painting　

The department offers extreme versatility and same day delivery.
Four Powder Coating plants are operated with an annual capacity that exceeds 20,000 tons:

2X horizontal compact type for optimum colour change flexibility
1X conventional horizontal plant
1X state of the art vertical plant

Standard RAL colours, a series of pigmented "Muskita colours" as well as any other shade requested are on offer.

Wood finishes

Five wood application plants are in operation. Muskita holds 3 patents for wood imitation finishing and offers an excess of 55 standard colours.

Logistics

Logistics and handling are managed by a robotic storage system which processes 3600 tons of stored profiles, while offering the fastest possible processing time for injury-free metal.

We offer in house punching, drilling, pressing, cutting and metal processing, as well as forming work.

Packing & Shipping
Four fully automated paper and plastic wrapping lines are employed, ensuring protection for a safe delivery. Open/top and rear end loading containers guarantee safe and sound delivery worldwide.
